Tower Block residents launch legal challenge to Olympic Missile site - UPDATE
Following this morning's application for a judicial review the following announcement has been made.
Things have been moving swiftly. Mr Justice Burton has made an Order in the High Court this afternoon requiring the MOD and Waltham Forest to put their defence papers in court by 4.30pm next Tuesday with the hearing to take place by 13th July.
A letter from the MOD solicitors to court is asking for an urgent hearing of the case as it is of "national importance"
