Clients can fund their immigration cases and appeals through Legal Aid (free Government funding) and through private fees. Legal Aid is only available for certain types of immigration cases and is dependent on the merits of the case and the client’s financial circumstances. We will discuss the fudning options with you, and if you are eligible for Legal Aid we will grant you Legal Aid (we are one of a few select law firms that has been granted “Devolved Powers” in immigration work by the Lord Chancellor’s Department).
We aim to:
- Deliver value for money
- Be open and transparent in detailing and justifying any legal costs
- Be competitive in our rates and fixed fees.
- Make sure that the service you receive is delivered by the person best suited to undertake the work, bearing in mind the experience required and the complexity of the work
- Offer a streamlined and efficient service
