Immigration Law
Albert began his legal career in 1999 specialising in immigriaotn law, becoming the immigration Partner in his previous firm. Appreciating the importance of representing some of the most vulnerable in society; he has continued his work in immigration law, but now in the context of Judicial Review challenges of Home Office and Immigration Judge decisions as well as government immigration policy.
Whilst such cases tend to relate to government policy, he never forgets that there is an individual behind each decision.
Albert holds the Level 2 Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation and Supervisor’s Accreditation from the Law Society.
