• Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry – Acting for 70% of the victim subpostmasters who were variously wrongfully prosecuted, subjected to civil action, or otherwise harmed as a result of an unreliable computer system.
• UK Covid 19 Public Inquiry – Representing a national minority charity.
• The Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry – Representing a large proportion of the victims and survivors of the Grenfell Tower Tragedy of 14 June 2017, when 72 residents died.
• The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) – Representing more than 25% of all of the victims and survivors before 12 of the 15 investigation strands of the IICSA, which was the largest ever Public Inquiry in England and Wales.
• The Gurkha Justice Campaign – With the able assistance of Joanna Lumley, acting for over 3,000 veterans of the Brigade of Gurkhas in ground breaking High Court proceedings, winning veteran soldiers the right to settle in the UK.
• Brook House Public Inquiry – Public inquiry into the mistreatment of individuals who were detained at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre in 2017
• R (on the application of Miller) v The Prime Minister [2019] UKSC 41 – Representing the Shadow Attorney General in the Supreme Court Challenge to the Prorogation of Parliament.
